Customs and/or Duties & Taxes

 The prices on the website do not include any import/customs duties and tax charges applicable to your order.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY CUSTOMS AND/OR DUTIES & TAXES APPLIED TO YOUR ORDER. You are personally responsible for paying these fees upon receipt of the order and are all dependent on the country you live in.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, however defected items will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, a replacement item will be sent.

Buyer’s Remorse

No refunds are accepted for sizing or buyer’s remorse. Please do not email us the next day asking for a refund because you regret your purchase. All size information is available on the product detail page.

Order Not Received

Any issues with your order must be brought up within 4 weeks after your order was made.

Before contacting us, we recommend you reach out to your local post office and ask about your order. If that is unsuccessful, wait a couple of days, ask your neighbors, as sometimes parcels can be wrongly delivered by postal workers.

Ordering

Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically emailed confirming the purchase intent. If you do not receive this, please check your spam folder or email us. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorize a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that we have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, we shall issue a return to you in the amount of the incorrect price. We cannot guarantee that all items included in the shop are in stock at the time of your order. If an item is unavailable you will be notified by our customer service team in a timely manner. We reserves the right to amend content of the site at any time. We will always strive to keep all of the information on the site as accurate as possible, including images and pricing, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to sending it out should we find an error in pricing.

Wrong Address

If you accidentally input the wrong shipping address and your item(s) is/are lost, the item may be returned to our warehouse. If said item(s) is/are returned and you would like them sent to the correct address, you would be responsible for this additional fee.

If your item has been returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will attempt to contact you once and if we do not hear from you within 2 weeks, your item will be re sold.

Who is responsible for Duties / Taxes on international orders?

We have some shipping rates that cover duties in the rate listed at checkout. The customer is fully responsible for any Duties or Taxes on international shipments unless it otherwise states it on that shipping rate. See checkout for details.

Can I change my address or products once I place an order? 

Due to the many moving parts, once an order is placed and shipped, we are unable to make changes.

Our fulfillment team begins working on your order as soon as it's placed, so once an order is placed we can't cancel or make changes.

Are there customs fees?

It depends where you live. Our partners operate multiple production centers all over the world but not in every country. USA & Europe are covered for most products. If you've been charged custom fees before when buying online, chances are it will apply to your order on this store as well.

Will I receive my order all at once?

Not necessarily. Some items take longer to produce than others and all the items in a single order might not be produced at the same location or even from the same manufacturer. This does not affect shipping cost. 

Why did I get items with different packaging?

It means your items came from different manufacturers. For each product line, we choose the best partner possible but only some of them can use customized shipping labels.

Where do your products come from?

All our products are printed at different production facilities all over the world. If you order an item to be shipped in the USA, chances are it will be made in USA. The base blank items or materials that our partners use come from different sources depending on the product line and where the order is being fulfilled.

Estimated delivery times.

All our articles are made to order, one by one. It takes more time but they're unique.

Orders are usually fulfilled within a few days

Shipping adds an additional 3 to 10 business days

International shipping takes longer

We can't guarantee shipping for a specific date

Not all products ship with a tracking number. A single order can include products with and without a tracking number. If you receive a tracking page link, it is only associated with the products mentioned in it. A missing tracking number for a product, even within the same order, is not a sign that something is wrong with your order.
